The 2008 Maple Season Has Arrived!

Here at the farm we have begun the exciting time of collecting sap and making maple syrup. We made our first batch the first weekend in March. Maple season is always an unknown with it being so weather dependent. However, it turns out it has been a stellar year so far. We've been boiling sap often and making lots of delicious maple syrup.
