Maple Syrup
Certified Organic Grade A & Certified Organic Grade B Maple Syrup Available

Each year, from the 2,500 maple trees Emerson's tap, roughly 1.5 billion droplets of maple sap start their journey to becoming Emerson's Maple Syrup. Some of these sap droplets are collected in buckets hung from trees, while other droplets are whisked through plastic tubing under vacuum pressure.

All are collected and boiled in a wood fired 5'x14' maple evaporator. In this process, the wood generated heat evapoates 80% of the water from the sap, leaving behind only 1 gallon of 100% pure maple syrup for every 50 gallons of maple sap collected.

This maple syrup is then packaged in plastic jugs, log cabins, and glass maple leafs in an array of sizes available for your purchase and pleasure.
